Renewal of Compliance Licence

The owner or occupier of a workplace should report to the Chief Inspector one month before the expiry of valid compliance licence. Application for renewal of compliance licence should be supported by photocopy of the valid compliance licence.
After reporting OSHA will arrange the required statutory inspections to be conducted in accordance with the nature of work of the reported workplace. Inspector(s) will recommend for improving working conditions of the workplace when deems necessary. The new compliance licence will be issued to the workplace upon fulfilling necessary requirements as per law.
