Course Introduction
Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are the most common injury caused by ergonomic and manual handling practices. Common injuries are Low-back pain and upper and lower limb disorders, including aches, tenderness and stiffness in the legs, hips, shoulders, neck and joints. The injury can be acute or cumulative. Working in awkward postures, prolonged sitting or standing, vibration, use of force and contact stress are factors resulting into MSDs and fatigue related effects.

Course Duration
The course duration is 3 days, including class discussions, assignments and practical on atmospheric hazard monitoring etc.
Course Fee
The course fee is Tshs 250,000/= per participant which will cover tuition fee, training materials /booklet, food and refreshment during the course.
Course Certification
An OSHA certificate will be issued after successful completion of the course.
